You are a neurotransmitter. You believe in the good-naturedness of man's biology and soul. You're happy, everyone's happy, and no one will ever take that away from you. Or else you'll make them go insane.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! am i late?
The Entertaining Monkey - The "Merry Mercurial"
While a lively year of good times, good friends, and lack of boredom, only rarely are your own Monkey years constructive and capable of permanent development. Monkeys have difficulty staying on a straight and narrow course, tempted to take detours and short-cuts for the pure pleasure of discovery and novelty in 2004 It is not advisable to borrow or lend money to or from friends relatives or family members. Despite the drama, you do find the year's prevalent upheaval amusing. Attend more parties, weddings and happy events. Best months of the year for Intelligent Monkeys: July, August, September and December. Use extra caution during February, March, April and November.

my OIL 2004 blog never came, but here's the gist...i was really blessed by my Theology track SG. God taught me a lot lot through His children, old and young. GREAT! praise God!! God convicted me to potentially stay longer down in Chambana. more on that laterz. God is good, He kept us safe while i drove 2 hours a day.
i been working more at YMCA. so much to do when you're coordinator rather than bus driver. i need to pray more.
even more PRAISE to GOD! King's Club got a lot of money this semester, more than we could imagine. i am blessed to have any little part in such works. someone must have prayed with tears and fasting. God is GOOD! please continue to pray as the fate of this ministry is under discussion. God really loves the kids and families.
i am in NEED of Your grace.

...OIL stuff soon...
today after church i tried to help out my sister by getting her battery replaced. she couldnt start the car since she's gotten back from CA. she couldnt jump it. i figured she just didnt jump it correctly. so after church i go straight home and start investigating the car. it's barely alive, so i decide it needs to be jumped. while looking at the car i make plans to meet up with tim and bryant to go visit casinos at 3pm. it starts right away, so i take it to Sam's Club to get a cheap battery and installation. i get to Sam's 2pm to get a battery and installation started. the guys says half an hour, so i'm excited. even if he's slow i'll have plenty of time to get back and go out.
at 2:45 he's not done and he comes out to tell me the battery doesnt work. he gets another worker and they grab a different battery, it's wrong. so they go back and grab the right one. that doesnt work so they grab another. doesnt work, so they test the new batteries AND old one. he's clueless, so i tell him to put the old one back and jump it so i can go somewhere else. well, he cant jump the car! what the FREAK? by then it was way too late to go with tim and bryant. i decide to cut my losses and jump it myself and head to a real shop. but i need some help.
i get a hold of eMi who helps me many many MANY times, for which i am grateful. eMi decides she needs jumper cables so we go look for them. we find them at Walmart, next to Sam's. while there i ask a guy if he knows what could be wrong, maybe the other guy picked the wrong battery? nope, so Daryl comes out with us to check it out. we try to jump Jinny's car with eMi's, no good. Daryl pokes around and says it might be a fuse, so he runs back to Walmart to get a tester. the car is sitting outside of Sam's cuz we pushed it out since the Sam's guy couldnt start it. Daryl comes back and finds a burnt fuse, and tells us Walmart doesnt have them, so we got to go get it at Autozone. Daryl tells us to come get him after we get the fuse, before 7pm, and he'll replace the battery.
at Autozone, the guy that helped us find the fuse tells us that the guy at Sam's probably got the polarities reveresed and popped the fuse. anyway, we get the fuse, Daryl helps us put it in and the car starts! praise God! we take it over to Walmart and replace the battery. Daryl is the bomb, go to Walmart on Algonquin and Golf. yay, i have another mechanic friend, and i've already used my new car knowledge to help some guys out. praise God!

ready for OIL?
not really, but i know i gotta go. after chillin' in cali for a few weeks, it'll be good to be with Christians in extended worship and learning. OIL was so blessing last year, i had to come back. i'll have a lot of time to prepare for it when i get to Philly. my flight gets in 6:05am and airport pickup is at 12:30pm, plus the ride to OIL is about 3 hours. i'll be at OIL a good half day before most of the caravans too, so God provides! He and i know full well that i didnt do a good job preparing for this weekend.
i'm most likely doing the theology track. i know there's a lot i have to learn about the Bible, so that's why i choose this track. at the least, i'll come back energized to read the Bible with more depth. i dont know what to expect from the coming semester/year, but i hope and pray that i'll have a better idea once i get back on campus. 'Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.'
