i would like to further encourage my friends. He will make you righteous. stay near His WORD, for (Romans 1: 22-23) "Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for..." (enter our idols).
We are not slaves...(Matthew 26:53) "Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels?"
God wants to discipline and bless us in our time here. to be used for His glory is something even Jesus prayed for himself (John 17).
Philippeans 2: 5-8
5 "Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in very nature[1] God,
did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,
7 but made himself nothing,
taking the very nature[2] of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself

God made us imperfect so that we can see how much more we need Him. Which god will you serve today? Why not the One that calls you to do great works?

my roommate got asked for money from a guy who needed gas money for his wife, who needed to get to a hospital. eMi or jen got asked for money at that same gas station. then tim saw the same guy at the unicoRn gates asking for money again. i got asked for money outside Evo in the middle of the day. i only had change from my car and i had to go help someone with their dead car...
it's getting really cold outside and i think Jesus wants us to be kind to His people. although giving them money isnt the answer. i want to challenge us all to take time and share with them a meal and food that will never let them grow hungry again.
application: if i have even 30 min to spare i'm gonna eat with them.

so the lesson is...
1) wear your jacket until you get inside the warm car.
2) keys are better outside the car, along with spares.
3) dont get your car door insides jacked by lock smiths, they're supposed to jack up your car key holes, those are less expensive than your $2000+ car sound system.
4) pay lock smiths with your credit card so you can refuse payment.
